Process Improvement Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to drive quality and efficiency improvements across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve output quality and performance across production departments using continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Act as an agent for change, driving and managing initiatives to embed continuous improvement and foster a proactive quality mindset.
  • Lead and support APQP initiatives, including developing and managing Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and PFMEAs.
  • Provide support and insights to production teams to enhance quality outcomes and optimize processes.
  • Implement and maintain quality gates across production to ensure critical checkpoints are rigorously controlled.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify system and output improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Senior Quality Engineer or Quality Management experience.
  • Proven track record in Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Processes.
  • Green Belt Six Sigma qualified (desirable).
  • Strong communication skills and organisational ability.
