Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the preparation of tender documents and estimates
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
* Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure accurate cost control and reporting
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
* 2-3 years' experience working for a main contractor
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
