Pastoral Manager Vacancy

Position Overview: We are seeking an Education Leadership Specialist to provide senior pastoral support in a Secondary School setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective pastoral strategies to support student well-being and academic success
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment
  • Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a pastoral leadership role in a Secondary School setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively with students, parents, and staff

Contract Details:

  • Full Time and Long Term contract
  • Pay: £120 - £128 a day
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Location: Haringey
