Administrative Finance Manager

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is looking for an accomplished Administrative Finance Manager to support our clients SJP Practice in Harrow, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers, including tasks such as business processing, financial administration, and client liaison.
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting Financial Advisers with administrative duties
- Liaising with Administration Centres and Paraplanners via phone
- Drafting and editing documents, including client correspondence, presentations, and illustrations
- Maintaining and updating client records and databases with financial and personal data
- Effectively managing the CRM system to optimize business workflow
- Interpreting policy information and entering it into the company CRM
- Integrating new clients into our company CRM
- Processing illustrations and applications for new business
- Conducting audits to ensure document accuracy
- Keeping accurate computer records
Requirements
- Experience working in a Financial Planning setting
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Strong written English, numerical, and analytical skills
- Capability to work extended hours when required
Annual Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000.
