Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Finance to join our Finance & Operations department at NYU in London.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across a range of duties, including financial administrative tasks such as managing the Finance and Operations Inbox, coordinating invoice approvals, compiling weekly payments runs, processing payments, and logging expenditures.

You will also assist with general office administration, including internal signage and information notices, office filing, and processing shipments. Additionally, you will handle general office enquiries and data entry needs.

This is a full-time, permanent position with an estimated salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
