We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team at Blaen Y Waun in Carmarthenshire.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide person-centred care and support to service users
2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
4. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall well-being of the team
