Job Title: Primary SEMH School Support Staff

About the Role
Academics Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to provide support to pupils with SEN. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering one-to-one and small group support sessions, developing and implementing personalized plans, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN
  • Develop and implement personalized plans tailored to each child's requirements
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver effective lessons and interventions

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be driven, creative, and flexible. Experience working with pupils with SEN is desirable but not essential. We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and learning, has a good sense of humor, and is able to work effectively in a team environment.
