About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Investigator to join our team in Cambridge, GB. As a key member of our Global Investigations and Counter-Diversion Program, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Mundipharma responds promptly and appropriately to alleged misconduct, product diversion or illicit trade. Your expertise will guide continuous improvements in the Compliance Program and drive initiatives to encourage a speak-up culture.

Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee the investigations program, develop and review templates and materials, and communicate with management and other stakeholders to ensure timely updates. You will also lead global speak-up initiatives, provide training, and manage relationships with external stakeholders such as law enforcement and regulatory agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will require extensive investigations experience with progressive responsibilities, a strong understanding of key compliance risks facing multi-national pharmaceutical companies, and experience working in a regulated industry. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner or Professional Certification in Compliance or Investigations are desirable.

Salary Information
