We are seeking a highly experienced Finance lawyer with Project Finance expertise to join our team as a Senior Specialist Legal Editor in the Practical Law Finance team in the UK.
As a Senior Specialist Legal Editor, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality content related to Finance law and transactions. You will work closely with a team of experienced colleagues to develop and maintain a wide range of Practical Law content.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating well-written, up-to-date content for online publication that reflects current law and practice.
- Commissioning, reviewing, and editing content written internally and externally.
- Maintaining all content for which you are responsible to ensure it is up-to-date and continues to meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Developing relationships with third parties to obtain contributions of content or improve content through third-party insights into law or practice.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Specialist Legal Editor will also assist with developing and marketing the Practical Law Finance practice area and support marketing and sales efforts to ensure delivery of business objectives.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with:
- Substantial post-qualification experience as a lawyer specialising in Finance law, particularly Project Finance.
- A demonstrable interest and ability in writing with excellent attention to detail.
- In-house experience in one or more financial institutions.
- Recent experience of ESG transactions is an advantage.
