About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior PMO to join a global Energy company as they transform themselves from a traditional Oil & Gas company into a leading name within the Renewables sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 5 PMO Analysts, creating workflows that work rather than just following processes.

They will need to understand the Project Delivery Framework (PDF) and apply both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies within the framework.

Key responsibilities include producing project reports, ensuring status reporting is fit for purpose, complete, timely, accurate, and communicated effectively.

About You:

We are looking for a strong Financial governance professional with large budget experience, preferably with an Energy Trading or Commodities Trading background.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, take responsibility for governance and reporting, and have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

They will also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker, and a quick learner, with strong initiative and the ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment.
