This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves working on a range of projects for clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for client engagements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, leading the day-to-day delivery processes and ensuring timely reporting to senior management.
  • Collaborate with KPMG's transfer pricing, international tax, indirect tax, and advisory teams on a range of topics, including financial management, project budgeting, and billing.
  • Coach and develop junior team members, providing on-the-job training and guidance on a regular basis.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development and marketing initiatives, working closely with proposition and market leads.
  • Successfully target businesses and win transfer pricing work, leveraging commercial awareness and technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Hold a CTA, CA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification in economics, finance, law, accounting, or a related field.
  • Have transfer pricing experience, including preparing transfer pricing documentation, tax value chain analyses, benchmarking, and supporting tax authority enquiries/Advance Pricing Agreements.
  • Possess sound judgement, analytical skills, and a commercial approach to resolving issues and providing advice.
  • Have a high level of drive, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude, with strong commercial awareness and technical expertise.
  • Be able to work autonomously, take initiative, and demonstrate a keen ability to keep up to date technically and develop the technical ability of the team.
  • Have a strong understanding of technology and its application in compliance, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
