Radiographer (Bank) - Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Job Summary
Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled Radiographer to join our team on a bank contract. As a Radiographer (Bank), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to a diverse caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver diagnostic imaging services to patients in a variety of settings, including the department, ward, and theatre.
- Work collaboratively with leading practitioners to develop and implement new practices, equipment, and facilities.
- Act as a clinical lead, responsible for scoping and developing policies and procedures.
- Supervise and develop junior staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Provide exceptional patient care, delivered with sensitivity and compassion.
Requirements
- High levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- A caring nature, with the ability to see each patient as an individual.
- A BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent, meeting the registration requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- A postgraduate qualification in an area of specialization.
- Radiation Protection Supervisor training and/or qualification are desirable.
- Post-registration experience relevant to the role.
- Excellent communication and team working abilities.
