Exciting Opportunity to Thrive in a Growing Litigation Team

We are seeking an ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our expanding Dispute Resolution team at IM Jobs. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, including property litigation, commercial disputes, debt recovery, and general civil litigation.

About the Role

As a Litigation Fee Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of litigation matters, providing expert legal advice and representation in court, during mediation, and settlement negotiations. You will also be responsible for drafting and managing key legal documents, conducting in-depth legal research, and building winning strategies to help clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters, including property litigation, commercial disputes, debt recovery, and general civil litigation.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in court, during mediation, and settlement negotiations.
  • Draft and manage key legal documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every stage.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and build winning strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Be the trusted point of contact for clients, keeping them updated, offering reassurance, and guiding them through the litigation process.
  • Prepare for and represent clients at trials, hearings, and other key proceedings, collaborating closely with witnesses, experts, and clients.
  • Assist in driving the firm's growth through business development and networking, working with a team that values creativity and initiative.
Requirements

We are looking for a confident, client-focused self-starter with ideally 3-5 years PQE in property litigation. You will have a deep knowledge of civil litigation procedures and experience managing cases from start to resolution. You will also have strong attention to detail, organisation, and time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
