We are seeking an ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our expanding Dispute Resolution team at IM Jobs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of a varied caseload of litigation matters, offering expert legal advice and representation in court, during mediation, and settlement negotiations.
  • Draft and manage key legal documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every stage.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and build winning strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Be the trusted point of contact for clients, keeping them updated, offering reassurance, and guiding them through the litigation process.
  • Prepare for and represent clients at trials, hearings, and other key proceedings, collaborating closely with witnesses, experts, and clients.
  • Assist in driving the firm's growth through business development and networking, working with a team that values creativity and initiative.
What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive with ideally 3-5 years PQE in property litigation. If you're a confident, client-focused self-starter who enjoys managing a variety of challenging cases, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Skills & Attributes:
  • Deep knowledge of civil litigation procedures and experience managing cases from start to resolution.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A natural problem-solver with solid negotiation skills.
