About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Joiner to join our team at David Lewis, a 170-acre site that provides crucial support for people with disabilities. As a Maintenance Joiner, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the facilities, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking a variety of repairs, installations, and new builds across the site.
  • Manufacturing, assembling, and installing new work, including repairs and upkeep of plant and equipment.
  • Instructing and mentoring others in joinery and maintenance techniques.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised joinery qualification (such as a CITB apprenticeship or City & Guilds certificate).
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
