At David Lewis, we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Craftsman to join our team. This is a fulfilling role where you can make a real difference in the lives of others.
About the Role:You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the facilities at our 170-acre site, providing crucial support for people with disabilities. Your expertise as a joiner will enable you to undertake repairs, installations, and new builds across the site, contributing directly to the well-being of our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out repairs and installations to ensure the site remains in top condition.
- Instructing and mentoring others in joinery and maintenance techniques.
- Manufacturing, assembling, and installing new work, including repairs and upkeep of plant and equipment.
- Continuously learning new skills and techniques to enhance your practice.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus benefits, including opportunities for continuous professional development and training.
