Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our College Apprenticeships team as a Training Advisor. The successful candidate will work closely with trainer/assessors to manage the apprenticeship journey from onboarding until end point assessment and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enrol learners onto programmes and work with trainer/assessors and employers to create individualized training plans that meet the needs and ambitions of the apprentice.
- Support apprentices in achieving their qualifications and provide guidance on career progression.
- Build relationships with employers, apprentices, and assessors to ensure a successful apprenticeship experience.
- Work to deadlines and maintain accurate records of learner progress.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups and build strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent IT skills and ability to work with various software systems.
