Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Castle Cary. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we support, helping them to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Teach new life skills and encourage independence
  • Support individuals to access their local communities and engage in social activities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a welcoming and friendly environment
