About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Castle Cary. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the people we support, helping them to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Our residential service in Castle Cary is a welcoming and friendly environment, and you will be part of a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people. You will be responsible for teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging participation in local communities, and engaging in various activities.
