Role Overview
NHS seeks an experienced Associate Dean for Medical Associate Professions to lead the development, implementation, and embedding of MAPs workstreams across NHS Wales. As a key member of the team, you will provide strategic guidance on MAPs roles, oversee ongoing monitoring and evaluation, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

About the Job
This part-time role (2 days per week) requires a flexible approach to work, meeting the needs of the business. You will work closely with partners across Wales and the UK to drive improvement and deliver excellent patient care. A Master's level qualification in a relevant field is essential, along with experience in project delivery, national policy interpretation, and change management. Strong communication and leadership skills are also crucial.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on MAPs roles across NHS Wales at a strategic level
- Oversee the continuing monitoring/evaluation and audit of MAPs roles across NHS Wales
- Develop effective working relationships across Wales and the UK with all relevant MAPs stakeholders, including statutory education bodies, Royal Colleges, GMC, and NHS
