Job Summary

Cbwstaffingsolutions is seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance tasks on a brand new pharmaceutical contract in Oxford.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, including lighting installation, fault-finding, and control panel maintenance
  • Perform emergency lighting tests and maintain BMS systems
  • Conduct plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets and maintaining pumps and motors
  • Update log books and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of facilities
Requirements
  • Electrical, Mechanical, or AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with clients
