About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive mental health assessments for service users with severe and enduring mental health needs. This includes working with women/birthing parents who experience moderate to severe mental health problems or present with a high risk of relapse during pregnancy and the postnatal period.

As a member of the Specialist Community Perinatal Mental Health Team, you will provide multiagency training in perinal mental health to other professionals and agencies working with women/birithng parents in the perinatal period, in addition to offering consultation and advice.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of clinical drivers and current priorities for perinatal mental health, as well as the ability to articulate an advanced understanding of relevant legal frameworks/legislation.
