Agriculture Manager Role

At British Sugar, we are on a transformational journey to strengthen relationships with our 2,300 growers and industry partners. The Agriculture Manager role is critical in making this happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and coordinate across British Sugar's teams and industry partners to support growers and British Sugar's needs.
  • Identify and develop revenue potential within your grower portfolio.
  • Produce robust business plans that focus on sustainable and efficient sugar beet production to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain and ensure accurate grower data.
  • Influence data-driven decision making on farms to promote best practice.

Requirements

  • Experience in a field-based role with account management responsibilities and exposure to working alongside KPIs and targets.
  • Open-minded with the ability and willingness to embrace change.
  • Solution-led approach to work.
  • Excellent relationship builder.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft's suite of tools.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize to drive results.
