Agriculture Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Manager to join our team at British Sugar. As a key point of contact for our sugar beet growers, you will play a critical role in strengthening relationships with our 2,300 growers and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with British Sugar's teams and industry partners to support growers and drive business growth.
  • Identify and develop revenue potential within your grower portfolio.
  • Develop robust business plans that focus on sustainable and efficient sugar beet production.
  • Maintain accurate grower data and influence data-driven decision making on farms.
  • Build strong relationships with growers and industry partners to promote best practice and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a field-based role with account management responsibilities and exposure to KPIs and targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks to drive results.
  • Full UK driving license.
