Role Overview

This role is ideal for exceptional graduates of all degree backgrounds who aspire to become project management leaders in a construction consultancy environment.

  • The selected candidate will be involved in projects from inception, ensuring a varied and dynamic work experience.
  • Key responsibilities include managing relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
Training and Progression

We provide comprehensive training through our industry-leading RICS APC programme, tailored to support professional growth and development.

  • Bonus payment upon completion of APC.
  • Regular coaching sessions with external APC coaches.
  • Ongoing soft skills coaching and individual support throughout the six-month assessment period.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

  • Salary reviews every six months.
  • 25 days' annual leave, increasing to 27 days after five years with the company.
  • An option to purchase additional annual leave.
  • Pension scheme membership, with a matched employer contribution of up to 5%.
