Job Title: Sales Advisor, East Belfast

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team in East Belfast. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, promoting products and services to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services.
  • Assist with promotional set-ups and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company regulations, including cash handling and administration procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Able to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services.
