Damp and Mould Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Damp, Mould & Disrepair Surveyor to join our team at TristoneNash Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing a high-quality service to our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing damp, mould, and disrepair cases from start to finish, including inspections, work orders, and tracking. You will work closely with colleagues across the organization to deliver a comprehensive service to our customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day damp, mould, and disrepair cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborating with geographical teams to instruct responsive repair contractors.
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient delivery of resolution and next steps.
- Investigating and resolving construction/building-related defects to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing the delivery of damp, mould, and disrepair maintenance activities within the organization.
- Contributing to performance reports and attending performance reviews with partners to drive feedback and proactive actions on team delivery and efficiency.
