Business Development Executive

AM2PM Recruitment Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our external sales team in driving revenue growth and brand expansion through strategic marketing initiatives and presentations.
A successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration, or equivalent experience. Previous experience in internal sales or marketing roles, especially within B2B manufacturing settings, is desirable. Excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of sales and customer service principles are vital.
This position comes with a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, along with a benefits package that includes career advancement opportunities and a dynamic workplace.
Main duties will involve:
- Assisting customers with inquiries and product information via digital channels.
- Working closely with the external sales team to create and manage sales documents.
- Tracking sales performance metrics to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
- Developing targeted marketing strategies to find new business opportunities.
