We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated SEN teaching assistants to join our team at Zen Educate. As an experienced KS2-4 SEN teaching assistant, you will be working with children diagnosed with a range of needs, including autism, down syndrome, PMLD, SLD, and cerebral palsy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to vulnerable children, helping them develop academically and socially.
  • Work closely with other staff members to ensure children's progress and cater to their unique needs.
  • Follow educational healthcare plans and adapt to the changing requirements of each child.
  • Be open to providing personal care or toileting assistance when necessary.
  • Show flexibility and reliability as a member of the team.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service.
