Head of Building Maintenance

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Building Maintenance to join our prestigious client, a historic estate spanning 3,000 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Estates building teams to meet the Trustees' goals for the property portfolio, preparing and managing the annual maintenance budget, and overseeing preventative maintenance initiatives. Key responsibilities include supervising both in-house teams and contractors, collaborating with operational heads to meet maintenance requirements, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing projects from start to finish.
