Job Overview

This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced professional to lead our Early Years Foundation Stage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and leadership, with a passion for early years education and a commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve teaching and learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to enhance the quality of education provided.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the academy's curriculum and policies.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to drive improvement across the academy.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • A proven track record of successful teaching and leadership experience.
  • A deep understanding of early years education and its importance in laying the foundations for future success.

Benefits Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a Harris Allowance, Performance and Loyalty Bonus, Pension Scheme with employer contributions, Wellbeing Cash Plan, and more.
