About the Role:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Content to oversee the daily operations of the CRM system, HubSpot, including managing marketing campaigns, building emails, scheduling social media posts, and ensuring the contact database remains up-to-date and GDPR-compliant.
  • Write engaging content, including weekly marketing emails, social media posts, blogs, website copy, and PPC ad content.
  • Design visual content using Canva, such as banners for marketing emails, social media graphics, and blog images.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing and Content with the annual events calendar by supporting the marketing and logistical efforts before, during, and after each event.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute the SEO strategy, performing keyword research and making website adjustments to improve search rankings continuously.
  • Analyse and report on marketing metrics across the entire funnel, including website traffic, audience reach, and lead generation.
About You:
  • Ideal candidate will be educated to degree level.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with demonstrable copywriting and graphic design skills.
  • Proactive and a desire to learn.
  • Takes ownership and accountability, manages time well and is an effective communicator.
