Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team at Room at the Top Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a best-in-class experience for our clients.
  • Working closely with our Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Managing and tracking sales performance to meet or exceed targets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and customer retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
