Job Title: Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team on a project in a prestigious location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Temporary Works and Ground Works, with a proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction site, ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with the project plan and budget.
  • Oversee the installation of temporary works, including scaffolding, hoardings, and other site infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that all site personnel are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures.
  • Monitor and control site costs, ensuring that they are in line with the project budget.

Requirements:

  • Valid SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.
  • Relevant H&S and RAMS qualifications and knowledge.
  • Previous site construction/project management experience within Groundworks and/or Form Works.
  • Temporary Works qualification.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
  • Working references - essential.
