Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and purchase ledgers, processing payments, and performing bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and purchase ledgers on Xero, including resolving queries and disputes with suppliers.
- Email customer statements and chase late payments to ensure timely payment.
- Process customer rebates and reconcile supplier statements accurately.
- Match purchase invoices to delivery notes and POs for seamless operations.
- Process payments, including supplier payment runs, customer payments, and card transactions via PayPal for convenience.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage expenses, mileage, and petty cash for efficient financial management.
Requirements:
- An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills to interact with colleagues and customers.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive an estimated salary range of £27,500 - £37,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
