Job Summary
This position requires a motivated and inspirational leader who can manage the ongoing developments and delivery of care to males in an acute care setting.
The successful candidate will possess high-quality clinical and managerial skills to ensure the maintenance of current high standards of effective delivery of patient care.
Main Duties of the Job
The ward manager will be responsible for taking total management responsibility while promoting good working relationships and being responsible for the professional development of the staff within the Multidisciplinary Team.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist with experience of managing and leading teams, with experience of working in an acute or older adult inpatient setting being an advantage.
