The Transformation Unit at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Haematology Care Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work on Ward 41, a 21-bedded Haematology inpatient ward.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated nurse who wants to care for patients with Leukaemia, Lymphoma, Myeloma, and other haematological conditions. Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care.
  • Actively promote and contribute to setting and maintaining high standards of quality nursing care.
  • Actively participate in the education, development, and supervision of other staff members.
Person Specification
  • BSc Nursing Degree
  • Previous experience in haematology

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £29,970 - £36,483 per annum. We aim to employ a workforce that reflects the diverse communities we serve.
