- Support Transition to Independent Living: Assist individuals in accessing structured treatment and moving towards self-sufficiency.
- Organise Community Mutual Aid Sessions: Conduct one-on-one sessions and connect clients with broader support networks, including IPS, DWP, health services, and ROADS drug and alcohol services.
- Tailor Support for Specific Groups: Offer specialised assistance to women and individuals with compound trauma.
- Expertise in Mental Health & Substance Misuse: Extensive knowledge of best practices in mental health and drug and alcohol treatment.
- Group and Individual Support: Proven experience in delivering both group work and one-on-one support.
