About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring that their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and software applications.
  • Assist clients with IT-related incidents and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Take ownership of issues and implement temporary or permanent fixes to restore service to clients.
  • Accurately record and document requests using our IT service desk system.
  • Install and configure new IT equipment and resolve incidents with printers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with our IT Support Team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support.

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with ITSM tools, such as Servicenow, to update tickets and manage incidents.
  • Microsoft Active Directory knowledge and usage.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and basic TCP/IP networking protocols.
  • Setup and configuration of wireless handheld devices, such as Apple iOS iPhone/iPad.
