About the Role

">

This graduate training scheme provides talented individuals with a 360-degree view of our organisation, giving them the skills and experience needed to launch a successful Port Management career. You'll work closely with port managers and other senior leaders on big projects, developing your expertise in operations, commercial, port management, compliance, strategy, and project management.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To be considered for this role, you'll need a 2:1 or above degree, a positive attitude, great team-working and communication skills, and the drive to make a real difference. Although primarily based in Ipswich, you should be willing to travel or relocate around the UK to our other locations.
