Job Summary

We are seeking talented graduates with big ambitions to become future leaders at Associated British Ports, the UK's biggest port operator. Our two-year Graduate Training Scheme offers a competitive starting salary of £32,000 and a rotational programme covering several different placements, providing you with the skills and experience needed to launch a successful Port Management career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with Port Managers and other senior leaders on big projects, giving you real responsibility early on.
  • Developing vital experience in Operations, Commercial, Port Management, Compliance, Strategy, and Project Management.
Requirements

We are looking for graduates with a 2:1 or above degree, with the potential to become a future leader in Port Management. Although primarily based in Ipswich, you should also be willing to travel or relocate around the UK to our other locations.
