Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Shift Engineer to join our Engineering team at the Avonmouth Bristol bakery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Implement maintenance procedures and engineering standards to ensure optimal equipment performance
* Conduct 2nd line fault finding and implement corrective actions
* Review and validate Autonomous Maintenance counter measures
* Provide technical support and training to Operator Maintainers
* Participate in PPPM's and line overhauls
* Record and register stop information into the tracking system
* Ensure consumable spares and suitable lubricants are available
* Define and standardise optimum changeover processes

Requirements:

* Recognised time served apprenticeship in an engineering discipline with HNC/HND
* Demonstrable experience of maintenance within an automated FMCG/bakery environment
* Successfully undertaken a skills conversion program

Desirable:

* Experience of working in a bakery
* Basic food hygiene qualification
* Gas Training
* 17th Edition Electrical regs
* Risk Assessment & Method Statement Training
