We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at Auto Skills UK. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's parts department.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate stock levels of vehicle parts and accessories.
- Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to both trade and retail customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new and existing products.
- Proven experience in a parts or inventory management role within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Kerridge or similar DMS systems is desirable.
