About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Fabric Recruitment Ltd. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and innovation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations cases with a fair and consistent approach, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Support the recruitment process, including creating job adverts, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers on job descriptions and talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
  • Advise on pay, benefits, and employee assistance programs to support employee well-being and retention.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards and best practices.
  • Guide Managers through probation reviews, ensuring clear communication and expectations to support employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations to mitigate risk and maintain a positive reputation.
About You
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it, with a strong understanding of HR principles and employment legislation.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Proven experience in handling complex employee relations cases, with a focus on resolution and employee satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to support out of hours for meetings when required, demonstrating a commitment to the business and its employees.
