Grounds Maintenance Operative Job Description

PPM Recruitment is seeking experienced Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our client's team in Kingston upon Thames. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of outdoor spaces, including grass cutting, litter picking, and hedge trimming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out grass cutting and lawn maintenance
  • Pick up litter and debris
  • Trim hedges and shrubs
  • Control weeds and maintain garden beds
  • Operate mowers and powered tools
  • Perform other general landscape labour duties as directed by the supervisor

Our client is looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently. A driving license and experience in grounds maintenance are essential for this role.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm. The hourly rate is £8.82.
