We are seeking a skilled M&E Engineer to join our team at CPR, providing essential building services support at our main office location.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the building's fabric infrastructure and life safety systems. This position involves a mix of planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) to maintain the integrity of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety equipment, and general building fabric.
  • Maintain detailed logs for review by FM and Health & Safety staff; escalate any concerns immediately.
  • Execute routines unsupervised, focusing on PPMs for electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  • Regular monitoring of BMS systems, DALI lighting, emergency lighting, air conditioning, chillers, L8 compliance, plumbing, fire alarm, pumps and motors, UPS systems and generators, power distribution, boilers, PAT testing, calorifiers, sprinklers, and general building fabric.
  • Complete all necessary logbooks and flushing tasks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building services.
  • City & Guilds in a trade, with a Level 3 qualification in electrical or mechanical/HVAC systems.
