Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead electrical projects from pre-construction to handover. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects within the mechanical or M&E contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost management.
  • Coordinate with clients, main contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Oversee the performance of on-site labour and subcontractors, ensuring work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and deliver accurate cost reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within the mechanical or M&E contracting sector.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from pre-con to handover.
  • Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and ensuring profitable project delivery.
  • Mechanical trade qualification or HNC or above in Mechanical Engineering.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent safety certification.
  • Full UK driving license.
