About the Role

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Haematology and Oncology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with haematological and oncological conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in haematology and oncology
  • Teaching/Mentorship qualification (e.g. ENB 998 or equivalent)
  • Leadership/management course (desirable)
