Person Specification

We are looking for a supportive and respectful individual who is able to demonstrate competence in clinical skills relevant to the clinical area. Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with patients, carers and MDT are essential. Competence in calculations for safe administration of medicines/fluids and ability to initiate and ensure appropriate action in response to the deteriorating patient are also required.

Teaching/supervisory skills and recognition of own limits are highly desirable. Knowledge of broad knowledge and experience of clinical nursing practice within a hospital environment and interest in the clinical area are also required.
