About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team at Aliaxis. As a key member of our Logistics team, you will be responsible for driving and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to refine and analyze data to inform improvement programs
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Conduct regular reviews of network and material flow to identify areas for improvement
- Lead 5S activities for Logistics and Supply Chain, and represent the team in company-wide coordination meetings
- Work with colleagues to develop a pipeline of business improvement initiatives and manage their delivery
- Ensure Health and Safety at all times, setting an example of best practice and adherence to global standards
Requirements
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green certification preferred)
- Experience of delivering results using Business Improvement techniques in a logistics or supply chain environment
- Effective leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams through business process changes and site improvement plans
- Skilled in analytical software and competent user of Microsoft Office suite
